Please Note:

We recommend a 2-3 night stay in Kaikoura if you would like to take advantage of the many activities available here. This is especially important if you would like to experience any sea based tours/activities as the changeable weather here means cancellations can be common.

Cancellation Policy:

We do understand that plans may change, but due to the nature of our business cancellations affect us significantly and we apply a strict cancellation policy. When a cancellation is received within:

• 30 days of intended arrival date, we will retain 25% of the total booking price
• 14 days of intended arrival date, we will retain 100% of the total booking price.

We will make every effort to re sell the room and, if successful, the fee will be refunded.

Payment Policy:

No deposit is required to secure your reservation but we do require your credit card details. Full amount is payable upon arrival.

Smoking Policy:

No smoking inside the house.

Child Policy:

Children under age of 2 years are free if extra bedding is not required. Any child requiring extra bedding will be charged at the extra child rate. Baby porta cot is available on request. An extra charge may apply.
